Shipping policy

We strive to process all orders within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Orders are shipped via Canada Post. For special delivery requests or faster shipping options (UPS, FedEx), please contact us before placing your order.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, wherever you are 🙂

Can I combine shipping for multiple purchases?

Maybe. Depending on the size and weight of each item, it may or may not be possible to put all items into one box. We do our best to consolidate items and we take the utmost care to ensure items arrive safely.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns and we do not offer exchanges. Please see our return policy page for more information.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

International buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and import fees. These fees are outside of MaisondesVintages's control and are not included in the purchase price.  Unclaimed packages due to unpaid duties will not be refunded.

What happens if my item is damaged during shipping?

Please contact us within 30 days at maisondesvintages@gmail.com and include pictures of the damage. We will work with you to make this right.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with inquiries received more than 30 days after the delivery date of the package.
