Due to the unique nature of these vintage and antique items, unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
Please be sure you love the piece before purchasing, bearing in mind that as these are older pieces, they will most often have signs of wear and aging, which only adds to their beauty and history. We do however, make every effort to describe each piece accurately both through the photos and the listing description.
We also recommend obtaining a shipping quote prior to purchasing any large items to avoid any surprises.
International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery. Unclaimed packages due to unpaid duties will not be refunded.
In the rare exception that we grant a refund, a 25% return processing fee will apply. This fee helps to cover the costs of administration, repackaging, and the lost opportunity of making the item available to other customers while it was marked as sold.
