It all began on a chilly winter day – the kind that beckons you to stay inside, sip something warm, and dream up new ideas. Wrapped in the comfort of good conversation and steaming cups of tea, we found ourselves envisioning a project born from our shared passions.

As a Franco-Canadian couple, we are drawn to the charm and nostalgia of vintage and antique treasures. Our mutual love for French wine, spirits, and timeless interior design fueled the spark that would become our boutique. We imagined a space where people could find authentic vintage French wine and spirits decor – pieces rich in history, character, and stories waiting to be told.

Cédric, born and raised in Monts du Beaujolais, grew up surrounded by the rich culinary and wine traditions of Lyon. His upbringing in the countryside, in a rustic old barn, was shaped by his father's penchant for collecting second-hand objects – transforming them into decorations for their home and wine cellar. This love for craftsmanship, terroir, and heritage was passed down to him like an heirloom.

Zoé, a Canadian at heart, was raised in the countryside of Canada. Her weekends were spent exploring flea markets and garage sales, fostering an early appreciation for timeless pieces. Inspired by black-and-white films and vintage aesthetics, she found beauty in the stories that old objects could tell.

Our paths crossed over eight years ago in the beautiful Beaujolais region of France, and the years that followed were spent immersing ourselves in the culture of the Loire Valley. Every weekend, we wandered through vide-greniers (French flea markets), curating a personal collection of vintage wine, champagne, and liquor-related items. Our shared passion led us to create an online vintage store, driven by the desire to bring these unique finds to others who appreciate the beauty of French heritage.
